Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Time
• Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (Pakistan): 2–4 business days (where available)
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above PKR 1,800. Orders below PKR 1,800 will have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected areas across Pakistan. A small COD convenience fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer standard international shipping. For international orders, please contact us at rosedewpk@gmail.com. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order is missing, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rosedewpk@gmail.com or 0322 4100414.
